With five years at Oracle NetSuite focused on manufacturing implementations, Alex brings deep expertise across MRP, Demand & Supply Planning, Advanced Procurement, Quality Management, Fixed Assets, and Financials. He’s led more than 100 NetSuite projects helping clients translate complex manufacturing operations into scalable, streamlined systems that drive results.

Prior to joining Racette, Alex served as both a functional consultant and project manager, leading full-cycle implementations and cross-functional teams. His background in Signals Intelligence as a U.S. Army Sergeant instilled the precision, discipline, and leadership that define his approach to delivery—steady under pressure, strategic in execution, and always grounded in clarity.
