With over a decade of experience supporting ERP operations and business systems, Christina brings deep expertise in NetSuite administration, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. She’s led implementations and platform optimization efforts across industries including manufacturing, retail, and promotional products — always with a focus on making systems work better for the people using them.

Prior to joining Racette, Christina held senior roles at ePromos, AIE Global, and Schaefer Manufacturing, where she drove end-to-end NetSuite strategy, managed large-scale rollouts, led technical training programs, and optimized workflows across business units. She’s equally comfortable leading from the weeds or from a whiteboard — and brings structure, clarity, and calm to every engagement.
