Emile began his NetSuite career at Oracle through the Analyst Development Program, where he quickly became known for his focus, reliability, and ability to deliver high-quality solutions. He went on to lead implementations across Software, Services, and Product-based industries before joining RSM and later Bryant Park Consulting — two of the most respected firms in the NetSuite ecosystem.

At BPC, Emile served as a Principal Consultant and Solution Architect, leading enterprise-grade NetSuite projects and collaborating with Oracle Account Executives on strategic pre-sales initiatives. His work contributed to the firm’s recognition as a top 10 Oracle Alliance Partner in 2022.

In 2023, he founded Racette Consulting to build the kind of consultancy he believed the ecosystem needed — execution-first, deeply collaborative, and grounded in trust.

Emile remains hands-on with clients and the team, bringing sharp technical insight, steady leadership, and a deep respect for the power of the platform.
