Eric brings more than 20 years of leadership and hands-on experience across manufacturing, distribution, and retail operations. His background spans industrial manufacturing, automotive, fashion, and home goods, giving him a broad perspective on the operational challenges organizations face as they scale and transform.

Before joining Racette Consulting, Eric spent seven years at Oracle NetSuite as a Principal Solution Consultant within the Products vertical. As a trusted advisor and subject matter expert in manufacturing, warehouse management, supply chain, and distribution, he partnered with organizations to translate complex business requirements into scalable, best-practice NetSuite solutions.
