Gagan Bindra

Gagan brings more than 16 years of technology consulting experience, including over

12 years focused on NetSuite architecture, integrations, and delivery leadership. He has worked across manufacturing, e-commerce, retail, wholesale distribution, and enewable energy, for organizations ranging from fast-growing companies to global enterprises operating across multiple continents.

Before joining Racette Consulting, Gagan was a Principal Consultant at Myers-Holum, where he led an integrations team with end-to-end ownership of architecture and delivery. He has also run an independent NetSuite practice, providing functional and technical consulting, developing customizations, and integrating NetSuite with a wide variety of applications. He has seen NetSuite from every angle: as a partner-side consultant, from inside the organizations that run on it, and as a product builder, growing a commercial SuiteApp from a handful of customers to hundreds.

At Racette, Gagan leads the technical practice: shaping solution architecture, setting the standard for how integrations and customizations are built, and growing a technical team clients can rely on. He partners closely with engagement managers and solution consultants so every project rests on a sound technical foundation from the first conversation onward. A hands-on leader, he pairs deep technical expertise with a practical focus on what each business actually needs.
