Gary is a CPA with more than 25 years of ERP experience, bringing extensive expertise in financial operations, solution architecture, and NetSuite consulting. Having served as both Vice President of Finance and Controller, he understands the challenges finance teams face and the importance of aligning technology with business objectives.

Throughout his career, Gary has held leadership roles including Technical Consulting Director and Solution Architect at Oracle NetSuite, where he guided complex implementations across a variety of industries.

Most recently, Gary served as a Practice Manager at a NetSuite implementation firm, leading teams of project managers, engagement managers, and consultants. His responsibilities included developing delivery methodologies, mentoring consulting professionals, and navigating complex client engagements to keep projects on track.

As an Engagement Manager at Racette Consulting, Gary brings a collaborative, results-driven approach focused on clear communication, strong project governance, and building lasting client relationships.
