He leads implementations and optimization efforts across eCommerce, manufacturing, wholesale distribution, and medical devices, helping organizations improve processes, integrate systems, and scale effectively.

Kyle has delivered over 100 ERP implementations and system improvement projects, with a focus on building solutions that align with business goals and drive long-term value. His experience spans complex integrations, process optimization, and full lifecycle NetSuite delivery.

Prior to joining Racette, Kyle held roles at Connor Group, NePGG, Bresatech, and Oracle, where he led successful client engagements and implementation initiatives. At Racette, he is known for his hands-on leadership style, technical depth, and ability to guide projects from strategy through execution with clarity and accountability.
