Western Pallet is officially live on NetSuite following a 5.5-month ERP implementation led by Racette Consulting!

The project focused on building a scalable operational foundation across finance, procurement, manufacturing workflows, and order management while improving visibility, usability, and scalability across day-to-day operations.

The implementation included:

  • Financials & Accounting

  • Item management

  • Procurement workflows

  • Order-to-cash operations

  • Custom manufacturing and sort processes

  • Mobile user interface screens designed for operational users

A major focus throughout the implementation was ensuring the system aligned with real-world operational workflows while supporting long-term scalability across the business.

The implementation was completed over a 5.5-month timeline and represents a significant milestone in Western Pallet’s continued operational growth and modernization efforts.

Phase 2 of the project will focus on integrations, analytics, and reporting optimization leveraging NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW).
